For platform teams about to publish what's coming
Roadmap LedgerA public roadmap is a promise ledger - customers, competitors and your own sales team hold you to every line.
Answer a short interview and paste the roadmap items with their phase, date, category and status. Your browser ranks the six postures, runs every item through the exclusion gate, caps every date with a phase, finds silent removals and shipped items never closed, and ranks the feedback surface. Then the policy, and the slip notices.

How it works - and what is sourced
The postures follow the skill. A horizon roadmap is the default; a direction page when nobody can keep items current; no public roadmap is a real rung. Every public posture is deleted while sales promise unbuilt features and leadership will not sign the citation rule. A voting board needs a triage owner. Dated quarters need release phases, a low slip rate, buyers who plan around dates and a finance review of revenue recognition.
The item gate keeps security work, unannounced deprecations, pricing, partner names, competitive bets, customer commitments and internal plumbing off the page. A date without private preview or later is a bare date. A slipped item changes status - delayed, descoped or not planned - and is never deleted; contract customers hear first from their account owner. This is not legal advice - route the disclaimer and contract wording to counsel.
